Tour Logistics
- Meeting Point: 6:45 a.m. at our office in Plaza Regocijo, near the Plaza de Armas in Cusco.
- No Hotel Pickup: Due to heavy traffic in the morning, we do not offer pick-up service.
- End of Tour: Return to Plaza Regocijo between 6:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. You can also choose to end in Ollantaytambo at 3:30 p.m.

- Daily Departures: Book online or at our office until 9:00 p.m. the day before.
- Group Size: Groups of 14 to 19 participants, accompanied by a bilingual guide.

Cancellations and Refunds:
- Full Refund: Cancellations up to 24 hours before the tour.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations within 24 hours but before 7:00 p.m. the day before.
- No Refund: Cancellations after 7:00 p.m. the previous day are not eligible.

- TRIP ITINERARY
Day 1: CUSCO - CHINCHERO - MORAY - MARAS SALT MINES - OLLANTAYTAMBO - PISAC - CUSCO
Start time: The tour begins at 7:00 a.m. at our office, located in Plaza Regocijo, Cusco.
First stop: Pisac
After a journey of approximately 1 hour, we will arrive at Pisac. Here, our guide will show you the Inca archaeological site.
Second stop: Lunch in Urubamba
Around 12:30 p.m., we will enjoy a buffet lunch in the picturesque village of Urubamba. Lunch offers options for vegetarians, vegans, and gluten-free diets (please let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions).
Third stop: Ollantaytambo
After lunch, we will head to Ollantaytambo, where we will take a tour of the archaeological site around 3:00 p.m. This Inca site was an important fortress and one of the few places where the Incas managed to defeat the Spanish in battle. If you wish to end your tour in Ollantaytambo, you can choose to stay, allowing you to explore the village further, or continue your journey to Machu Picchu..
Final stop: Chinchero
Finally, we will visit Chinchero, where our guide will show you the Inca archaeological site and the old colonial church. In addition, we will visit a local family to witness how they make traditional textiles using natural dyes, a tradition passed down from generation to generation.
Return time:
We plan to return to Cusco around 6:30 p.m. after a day full of discoveries through the most emblematic sites of the Sacred Valley of the Incas.

Travel time between destinations: Varies between 30 minutes and 1 hour by car. During these journeys, you will be able to enjoy the impressive views of the Sacred Valley.
Time at each site: You will have between 30 minutes and 1 hour to explore each site and understand its historical and cultural significance.
Tourist ticket: If you do not have your tourist ticket yet, you can purchase it in Chinchero, our first stop on the tour. This ticket is required to access the archaeological sites of the Sacred Valley.

To access the archaeological sites of the Sacred Valley and Cusco, it is necessary to purchase a Tourist Ticket. You can buy it in person at the Cusco Municipality office or at the first site you visit; remember to bring cash in soles.

General Tourist Ticket (BGT) – 130 Soles:
Valid for 10 days, this ticket allows access to 16 sites throughout the Cusco region. It includes key sites in the Sacred Valley such as Chinchero, Moray, Ollantaytambo and Pisac, as well as sites in Cusco such as Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Pucapucara, Tambomachay and six museums. It also covers attractions in the south, such as Tipón and Pikillacta. -
Partial Tourist Ticket (PTT) – 70 Soles:
Valid for 2 days, this ticket provides access to four specific sites depending on the selected area. For the Sacred Valley, it includes Chinchero, Moray, Ollantaytambo and Pisac.
Select the ticket that best suits your itinerary to make the most of the Cusco region’s rich history and culture. Please note that tickets are only available on a general or partial basis; they cannot be purchased for a single site. Choose the option that best suits your visit!
